CDO Account Administrator - Boston, MA

Responsible for administrative and setup activities related to collateral debt obligation and loan custody transactions supporting CDO Relationship Management. Support includes monitoring and investment of account balances, monitoring transaction events, approving payment and wire transactions, set up and maintenance of systems and ensuring proper funding of accounts in compliance with governing trust documents. Uses transaction agreements and documents, along with internal control mechanisms, to review and approve cash activity. Interacts with specialized units to provide meaningful quality measurements to Account Managers to ensure that cash and asset management procedures are followed, risk management procedures are maintained and document legal requirements are satisfied. Perform periodic account reviews and ensure that appropriate transaction requirements are met for ongoing risk assessment. May involve customer interaction with US Bank and CDO partners, investors and rating agencies.


**Qualifications:**


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience

- Five to eight years of experience in structured finance industry





Preferred Skills/Experience

- Advanced knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing operations

- Ability to interpret transaction documents

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

- Well-developed ability to create spreadsheets for simple cash flow calculations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Experience with Bondmaster, SEI and Access Control Server (ACS) preferred
